The Academy's Premier International Culinary Arts Diploma Course

For those passionate about pursuing a career in culinary arts, this intensive 12-month program will equip you with the education and practical knowledge you’ll need to succeed.

Certificate in Commercial Cooking

A 5-month program that tackles the essential foundations of culinary arts, this course will arm you with the necessary basic skills and practices in order to pursue a culinary career.

Certificate of Fundamentals of Professional Cooking

Geared towards individuals who want a taste of a professional kitchen, this 16-session course is an audit program that lets you experience culinary training. This short course is fun, relaxed, and dynamic – and it gives the students a peek into the professional industry.

Certificate of Fundamentals of Professional Baking and Pastry

Whether you’re an enthusiast or budding entrepreneur, this 8-session course provides the basic foundations necessary in order to excel in pastry arts. More than learning the basic techniques in baking, you’ll also learn how to cost recipes to jumpstart you on your business.

Certificate of Fundamentals of Professional Asian Cooking

Tackling the cuisine of 8 different regions, this 8-session course introduces students to the rich culinary culture of Asia. As dynamic and exciting as the different regions covered, students will get a wholistic overview of the tastes, textures, and flavors found in the kitchens of Asia.
